Onboarding Fees
Our onboarding fee covers strategic planning, credit data acquisition, and
capital readiness preparation. Because this work begins immediately upon
engagement, onboarding fees are non-refundable once services have started.
However, if we are unable to execute—meaning the client does not reach a level
of fundability that allows us to proceed with a funding strategy—we may issue a
refund, minus any hard costs such as credit data fees, software expenses, or
payment processing charges.
Success Fees
Our success fee is charged only after capital has been secured. There are no
refunds on success fees once funding has been delivered.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at alan@mesh-capital.com and we’ll review your request promptly.
